Madison Rose is a National Sponsor of Casting for Recovery, an organization for which we’ve sent 80+ women who have been affected by breast cancer on life-changing retreats to learn the therapeutic sport of fly fishing while providing the opportunity to come together with women of similar circumstances.
Moonlight is our annual event - an evening culminating our fundraising efforts celebrated with friends, families, and industry colleagues.

Madison Rose cofounder Gina Pistorio, a survivor of brain tumors and breast cancer, found healing through fly fishing. Moonlight was created to share this therapy with other women, offering them hope and connection.
